I specialize in editing books and manuscripts in the fiction and business realms. I love editing and simply can’t ignore a cliché, clunky paragraph or they’re/their/there confusion. I’m also a published author, so I understand that your book is your baby – I’ll never edit to the point of no return.

Manuscript editing

For completed manuscripts of fiction and completed business materials. I offer both substantive/structural editing and stylistic editing. This means I will edit your text for overall structure, clarity, tone, readability and spelling while removing clichés, redundancies and other elements that may be taking the focus away from your message. It’s big-picture review with small-picture fine tuning.

Manuscript review

For completed manuscripts of fiction. I’ll read your manuscript over and give you a review of its plot structure, character development, setting and writing style. I can’t guarantee that your story or novel will be published, but you will have impartial feedback from someone who is a published writer herself as well as an avid reader.

My editing services are priced as flat-rate packages. This way, you’ll be better able to see where editing will fit into your overall budget and finances. There are no surprises!
